What software, add-ons or plugins
will I need to use this site?
When I try to load RealOnePlayer
the free download screen does not appear. What do I do?
I can't see the whole course
page on my screen. What do I do?
- The optimal screen resolution is 1024 x 768. To change your
screen resolution, right click on your desktop, click on Properties,
click on Settings and use the Screen Resolution slide bar to affect
changes. Hide your toolbars to increase the size of the page.
The streaming video breaks
up while I'm viewing it. What can I do?
- For systems with slower ISP's you can improve the streaming if you
load a section and then view it. Load the sections and view them
one by one. Bookmark where you are when you leave the site.
The
volume is low and I've turned up my computer as high as it will go.
Any suggestions?
- Try plugging in a pair of headphones or using a set of self-powered
external speakers.
